My Takeaway,
Despite the challenges and hardships I’ve faced throughout my life, art has always been a good and healthy way to express myself. In my opinion, art can be whatever you want it to be. It doesn’t matter whether a piece is “good” or “bad”, if you feel good doing it. Comparing your talents to others can be good motivation to keep practicing, but it can also be detrimental to your mental health. Everyone works at their own pace, has their own unique talents and goals, and everyone is capable of creating.
Since I was a young girl, I was always fascinated with art and filled countless sketchbooks with whatever my heart desired. Since that time, I’ve indulged in many paintings and digital drawings. Art, and the art process, has taken a special place in my life, keeping me motivated to work when it sometime felt impossible.
